The Lewis Central Girls’ Swim team is 6-4 so far this season and are off to a splashing start. They are positive in their season so far and are eager to get the qualifying times in State.

Glenwood Junior Isabella Milone said “I am pretty confident in the season so far, and I hope to get the state qualifying time in the 100 backstrokes at Districts. I have been working very hard this season and I hope it will pay off.”

Glenwood Sophomore Vivianne Payne said, “As a team, I believe we are doing around the same as last year, and it all comes down to these last few meets.”

Their next meet is on Saturday, October 13.

Districts are October 27 and the girls look forward to propelling themselves towards the state meet.
